Vitamin B2 is essential for the metabolism in order to convert vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) from food into its active form (P5P).
It is also involved in:
- energy production in the mitochondria
- the formation of red blood cells
- a normal iron metabolism
- Protects the cell from oxidative stress
Our capsules contain high doses of vitamin B2 in its bioactive form riboflavin-5-phosphate.
